The Happy You Coach is a creative and innovative resilience building and emotional well-being programme for children and young people. The Happy You Coach is high support and high challenge for children and families. Working on the physical, emotional and intellectual we teach lifelong tools for emotional wellbeing and life success.

The Happy You Coach believes that even the toughest of trauma can be mitigated through relationship. Strong, trusting, kind, firm relationships are the golden thread of good mental health and a happy life for children.

The Happy You Coach offers the following services for schools, local authorities and agencies working with children:-

Emotional intelligence coaching on a 1:1 and group basis

Emotional intelligence coaching for parents

Presentations for class, year group, whole school workshops/assemblies

Training for teachers and support staff including restorative justice process to improve pupil-teacher relationships

Trauma-informed training for social workers and foster carers

Coaching for Children In Care, Foster Carers and birth parents
